The house is located is a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is 20 minutes from the historic center of the city. There are supermarkets nearby and shops at 2 min walking. The bus stop is 10 minutes from the house. A 10 min walk is the largest and most beautiful park in the city: Simón Bolívar Park, 10 min from the amusement park, and the swimming park.Things to know
