On this 1-night tour in Viñales, we will travel from Havana and discover the beauties of the only Geo-park in Cuba. We will spend a night in Viñales discovering the rich Cuban culture. On this tour you will visit four of the most beautiful corners of the Viñales Valley. A guide will take you in a classic car to such curious places as the Mural of Prehistory or the Cueva del Indio. Day 1: Havana – Viñales – Discover Viñales by classic car We will pick you up from your hotel in Havana at 8:00 am. We will get into a collective taxi that will take us to Viñales, a beautiful town in the westernmost province of Cuba. Upon arriving at our accommodation in Viñales, we will check-in, have a welcome snack and take a rest before starting our tour. At the agreed time, your guide will come to pick you up at your accommodation and we will board a classic American car to begin an unforgettable adventure through the Viñales Valley. For approximately 3 and a half hours, we will enter four of the most emblematic places in this region of Cuba: 1) We visit the Mirador de los Jazmines where we can enjoy the most famous view of the Valley and where we will observe the mogote formations, unique of their kind in the world. 2) We visit the Cueva del Indio where we walk inside the cave observing stalactites and stalagmites and where we will take a small boat tour in the underground river. 3) We also visit a tobacco farm where we will learn about the world of tobacco. Here we will learn how farmers grow the best tobacco in the world and how they make artisanal cigars. At this farm you can taste a cigar and if you wish you can buy cigars to take as gifts and in this way support local tobacco producers. 4) We visit the Pre-History Mural, a majestic work of painting on the mountain wall and where we will drink the best piña colada The national park that you will visit has been recognized as a World Heritage Site for its charming karst landscapes. At the end of the excursion, we will return to our Hostel and you will have the night free so you can dine at one of the local restaurants, have a drink at a bar or dance a little Cuban salsa. Important information • Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Day 2: Viñales - Havana The next morning we will have a complete breakfast in the house where we have stayed.
