On this tour of the Viñales caves in the Sierra de los Órganos you will tour the area in a classic car and enter unique places in Cuba. We will meet at the agreed time and board a classic American car to begin our excursion through the most famous caves in Cuba. You are ready? We will head west of Viñales and reach the first destination on the route: the Great Cavern of Santo Tomás (entrance not included), the most important cave system on the island and the second largest on the entire American continent. With a length of 46 kilometers, this place is home to extraordinary formations of stalactites and stalagmites. Next, we will return to the car to go to the Palenque de los Cimarrones (entrance not included), where we will travel to Cuba's past, since it is a living museum that, through legends and indigenous pieces, tells what the passage of African Americans in this region. The final touch of the tour is one of the best-known caves in the Viñales valley: the Cueva del Indio. Once there, we will explore its interior on foot until we have to continue doing so on a boat. Inside we will find cave paintings and archaeological remains of pre-Columbian Cuban cultures. When finished, we will return to Viñales by car.
